For all the other AIOs that I have seen so far, you can only turn their display output via their respective software. I have to also talk about the LCD(a huge 6圆cm LCD!) on the Aorus Waterforce X 240, this is what I would say is the centrepiece of this whole AIO(actually for your system). When I fired up Halo(first time playing Halo….) I got an avg temp of 65degrees when playing some of the heavier levels. While games like Warhammer and Starcraft 2 the avg highs that I reached were about 50 degrees. When loading up Need for Speed Heat, the Avg temp the AIO reaches is about 65 degrees with it sometimes hitting almost 70degrees. Luckily the Waterforce X 240 has enough length so that you can mount your radiator in the front of your case or in my case(and why I had to play with it a bit more) at the top of the case.Īfter a few hours of playing intense games and not so intense games, the Aorus Waterforce X 240 settled on an avg idle temp of 27-28degrees. I did find that when installing it in the Cooler Master chassis that I had on hand that it took a bit more manoeuvring to get the radiator and block to play together due to the more rigid tubing and size. This in theory would allow for more water to flow between the radiator and the water blocks pump. Gigabyte went with a thicker diameter tubing for the cooler, whereas your other AIOs use a 5.8mm tubing the Aorus Waterforce X 240 uses a 7.8mm tubing. Hi, know this topic is a bit old, but the problematic is essential for 3D Animation Technique as well. In other words, the option to have Blender automatically recalculate the scaling of all the keyframes in the animation to keep the timing intact when changing the frame rate, like all reasonable animation softwares do. So in my opinion there should at least be the option to preserve timing when changing frame rate. In Blender we have to use the “time remap” function or scale all the keyframes in the animation to match the new frame rate, but that’s a messy extra step. If I animate a scene at 24 fps and then realize I need it at 30 fps, I’ll almost always want to preserve the timing of the animation I have already created. My argument is that most other softwares do it this way because it’s more useful most of the time.įrom an animator’s point of view, this is what we want 99% of the times we change the framerate. I’m not saying that’s how it should be done just because other softwares do it. I’m not mentioning other softwares to make a “that’s the standard” type of argument. ![]() So if you have a 2 seconds animation at 30 fps and change the framerate to 60 fps, the animation will still be 2 seconds long, it just now will have twice as many frames. Most other animation softwares (such as After Effects, 3ds Max, Maya, etc) preserve the animation timing when changing the frame rate. This makes sense in a straight forward way, but it’s not ‘smart’ in an animation workflow way of thinking. Meaning your animation that used to be 2 seconds is now 1 second long.
